The last thing you want to do when depressed or anxious is to exercise. But ... exercise is the one thing that will benefit you immensely! I'm guilty of not exercising, partly because I'm lazy but also because I'm time poor. That being said, there is really no excuse why I shouldn't include some exercise into my weekly routine, and neither should you!
