Adrenal Fatigue

What is adrenal fatigue?  Wikipedia describes it as this:

"Adrenal fatigue or hypoadrenia is a term used in alternative medicine to describe the belief that the adrenal glands are exhausted and unable to produce adequate quantities of hormones, primarily cortisol."

It is a very interesting condition and one that is very common, yet something that sufferers don't actually know they have.

NaturalNews.com has published a very thorough article on the condition and one that is well worth the read.  It gives a list of symptoms and also what you can do to overcome adrenal fatigue.
